What does a day look like?… there’s a very deep thought in there somewhere…

7:00am – 7:30am: Wake-Up

An optional morning activity such as a swim, morning run, Tai Chi or extra time for personal hygiene.

7:30am – 8:15am: Breakfast

8:15am – 9:00am: Cottage Clean-Up & Free Time

9:00am – 10:45am: Martial Arts Training

10:45am – 11:00am: Snack & Water Break 

11:00am – 11:45pm: Organized Outdoor Activities

11:45am – 12:30pm: Lunch

12:30pm – 2:00pm: Martial Arts Training 

2:00pm – 3:30pm:  Free Time / Swim Time

3:30pm – 3:45pm: Snack Break 

3:45pm – 5:00pm: Martial Arts Training

5:00pm – 5:45pm: Dinner 

5:45pm – 6:30pm: Camp-Wide Activity

6:30pm – 8:00pm: Free Time / Fire Time

8:00pm – 9:00pm: Optional Evening Snack / Journal Time / Lights-Out Prep

9:00pm: Lights Out

Following evening snack, campers will have some free/quiet time together before/while getting ready for bed.

Snack and bed times may vary depending on the age group and evening programs. Older campers will have the opportunity to enjoy one more evening program with their cabin groups before they start to wind down for the night.

ACTIVITIES PLANNED THROUGHOUT THE WEEK:

Excursion to Balsam Lake Provincial Park for hike & training  /  Paddle boating, kayaking, canoeing  /  Swimming

Tai Chi  /  Judo & Karate Guest Instructors  /  Campfires

Camp wide games  /  Challenges  /  Team building exercises

All campers will contribute and share in community initiatives such as cabin clean-up, cooking, helping to tidy up after meals and setting up for special events.
